Delete your Care Rounds account & data
Care Rounds is an app for the paid direct-care workforce, published by Juno Code Studio (JCSV One LLC). You can delete your account and its associated data at any time, and this page explains exactly how, and what is removed.
How to request deletion
- In the app (fastest): open Settings and tap Delete account, then confirm. Your account and everything synced to it are removed from our servers right away.
- By email: if you have already uninstalled the app, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify the request and delete your account, typically within 30 days.
What is deleted when you delete your account
Deleting your account permanently removes the data associated with it, including:
- Your worker profile — the name, email address, and sign-in identifier from your account.
- Anything synced to your team — client records, visit notes, care-plan tasks and routines, supervisor flags you raised, and the shared “what works” entries you contributed.
- Your team membership and assignments.
- Feedback reports you sent us from inside the app.
What is kept, and for how long
- On your device: Care Rounds keeps care data on the phone by default. Uninstalling the app removes that local database.
- Visit audio: nothing to delete. The scribe transcribes on the handset, so a visit's audio never reaches our servers or any speech vendor in the first place.
- Records that belong to your agency: where your employer is the controller of a client's care record, deleting your personal account does not delete that client's record — it remains with the agency and its other workers, as the agency's own documentation. Your access to it ends.
- Backups: residual copies in our providers' routine, short-term operational backups are overwritten in the normal backup cycle, within 30 days of deletion. We do not restore deleted accounts from backups.
- Legal retention: we retain data only where required by law, limited to what the law requires and deleted when that requirement ends.
