Terms of Service
Care Rounds is operated by JCSV One LLC, dba Juno Code Studio, a South Carolina limited liability company ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Care Rounds app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Questions? Email [email protected].
1. What Care Rounds is
Care Rounds helps home-care and direct-support workers document and coordinate care for the clients they serve — ambient visit notes, medications and schedules, tasks, supervisor escalation, and an AI-powered coach grounded in the care information recorded for each client. You are licensed to use the app for your work in providing care.
2. Not a medical device, not medical advice
Care Rounds is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app will not diagnose any condition, recommend medication doses, or make prognosis claims. Nothing in the app — including the AI coach — is a substitute for the judgment of a qualified clinician. Always defer to a client's care plan and to clinicians, and never disregard or delay professional advice because of something you read in the app. If you believe there is a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
3. AI-generated content
Parts of Care Rounds — the coach chat, ambient visit notes, document scanning, and drafts — are generated by artificial intelligence. AI-generated content can be incomplete, out of date, or simply wrong. It is offered as support for your own judgment, not as a source of truth. You are responsible for reviewing anything the app drafts or extracts before relying on it, and every care-data change is confirmed by you before it is saved.
4. Your account and your content
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and for using client information only as permitted by your employer and applicable law. You and your agency remain responsible for the records you create in the app.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other users' data, probing or disrupting our systems, scraping the service, reselling access, or using the app to harass others or to violate any law.
6. Termination
You may stop using Care Rounds and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or create risk for other users, and we may discontinue the service or features of it with reasonable notice where practicable.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JCSV One LLC and its members, officers, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the service; and our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of fifty US dollars ($50) or the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material, we will give notice in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Care Rounds after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
